Associate Members

AAIADR (i) Fit and proper person; and
(ii) Fresh Graduate, possess an academic degree from a Recognized Tertiary Educational Institution

MAIADR (i) Fit and proper person; and
(ii) Successfully completed Module 1 and Module 2*; or passed Recognised Courses equivalent to Module 1 and Module 2; or alternatively possesses relevant working experience in ADR of no less than four (05) years.

FAIADR (i) Fit and proper person; and
(ii) Successfully completed Module 3 and Module 4*; or passed Recognised Courses equivalent to Module 3 and Module 4; and
(iii) Possesses relevant working experience in ADR of no less than seven (07) years; and
(iv) Passed the Award Writing Examination (Arbitral or Adjudication Decision or Mediation Settlement Agreements) followed by the Certification Interview for Fellows.

Certified International Arbitrator; or
Certified International Mediator; or
Certified International Adjudicator; or
Certified International ADR Practitioner
(i) Fit and proper person; and
(ii) Successfully completed Module 5*; or passed Recognised Courses equivalent to Module 5; and
(iii) Possesses relevant working experience in ADR of no less than twenty (20) years; and
(iv) Passes the Certification Interview for Certified Practitioners.
